- September 22, 2025: Deadline for Question Submissions
- October 2025: Call for Proposals and Call for Abstracts Opens
- December 2025: Call for Proposals Closes
- January 2026: Call for Abstracts Closes
- March 2, 2026: Submitters Notified
- July 12-15, 2026: IFT FIRST
